Director, Robin Johnston
Robin Johnston serves as the editor in chief and publisher for the United Pentecostal Church International. In addition he is the director for the Center for the Study of Oneness Pentecostalism as well as an adjunct professor at Urshan Graduate School of Theology. He holds a BA from Gateway College of Evangelism, a MATS from Covenant Theological Seminary, and a PhD from Regent University. He is the author of Howard Goss: A Pentecostal Life and co-author with David K. Bernard of On Being Pentecostal as well as numerous journal and periodical articles. Prior to his present position, he served as executive vice president for Gateway College. He also planted a church in Victoria, British Columbia. He and his wife, Marsha, are parents to three children and grandparents to six. The Johnstons live in Saint Charles, Missouri.
Mark Foster is the Lead Pastor of The Pentecostals of the Twin-Cities in West Monroe, Louisiana. He attended Texas Bible College and Northeast Louisiana University, now ULM and received his bachelors and masters degrees from Twin Cities University. He currently serves as the Louisiana District liaison to the political community. He is also Chaplain to the West Monroe High School football team and the Ouachita Parish Sheriffs Mounted Patrol. He serves, by appointment of the Governor, on the Louisiana Children’s Trust Fund board. He is a founding member of Community Prayer Partners of the Twin Cities. In his early ministry, he assisted his dad in West Monroe and then evangelized for several years. He pastored Heavenview Church in Winston-Salem, North Carolina for many years. He served as Youth President, Home Missions Director, and Presbyter in NC. He also served as Home Missions Director in the Southeast Region and General Home Missions Secretary for the UPCI. He has been married for 45 years to the love of his life, Paulla Adams Foster. They have two sons, four granddaughters and one grandson.
